“It was a refurbished phone. This was not stated in the advertisement. Also,the company that supplied the phone has a different name to the one in the ad.”

“I bought this phone, second hand at a reasonable price, as a back up phone for an older relative and am pleased to say that it does the job very well. I did have to spend a few minutes getting used to using Android, as it's well over 10 years since I used that particular o/s, having been an iPhone user since then. No problems though, it all fell into place without difficulty and the person it was meant for was also happy with it. So job done, I'd say!”
