“Spa staff were lovely they couldn't do enough for us and the treatments were fab, afternoon tea wasn't so good and the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, would definitely return just for the spa though”

“Our afternoon pamper with two treatments, afternoon tea and cocktail, was lovely. Staff were friendly, attentive, and on hand to assist throughout the afternoon. The treatments were wonderful and therapist talked me through, the way in which the treatment would benefit me. The only negative I have is the size of the pool area, which is very small and only has 6 loungers, my friend and I were lucky enough to both have a lounger and without this I would have been disappointed. The jacuzzi was lovely, but small, as was the steam room, but I still enjoyed it all. Afternoon tea is very sweet heavy, so if savoury is your preference, this won’t be for you, however staff are so friendly I’d suggest speaking to them to see if anything could be changed. Overall a lovely afternoon and would recommend it.”
