“The bed i received was nothing like this . The bed i threw out was in far better condition Than the so called new one i received. All cloud 9 did was try to get out of sending a proper bed then stopped communicating with me when they knew they had sent rubbish to me it also took nearly 6 weeks for me to get my £310 bed not including the £35 delivery i was charged. I would not recommend these to my worst enemy. Disgusting disgraceful company I would personally give them minus 10 stars.”
