“We ordered a 3000 pocket sprung mattress with a memory foam topper. We received a very basic normal spring mattress, no memory foam and the Matress almost folded in half when sat on. We did not sleep on the mattress and packaged it up to return. We have had issues returning the mattress and where the supplier insisted the correct mattress was delivered but it definitely wasn’t right! It had zero memory foam to start with. The supplier has now agreed to exchange the mattress and we are waiting for the delivery of the replaced mattress.”
