“Unfortunately we never received the tree. Trying to sort it out was impossible.The worst customer service I have ever come across. The phone number doesn't work and never replied to emails.still waiting. Looks like I've lost £40+”

“Ordered 2 tress both are warm white in colour 1 has a faulty adapter . And other the pole at the top were the star goes is all bashed in so unable to put star on”

“Very poor quality,an absolute nightmare to put together. This tree won’t last two minutes outside.I would send it back but I had to open it to put it together.”
