“What a scam. The download link that the email sent me is for Office 2021 and not Office 2024. Will be asking for my money back.”

“Set up seemed easy - presumably I did it all wrong - all software etc seemed fine - now it says it is not actviated - can't use files have no clue where to find the key to rectify it. Not sure hwat to do just now. Emailed and customer service was brilliant - all working”
