“Ordered 3 pairs for my girls Christmas stocking, they should have arrived well in time but unfortunately did not. One pair arrived yesterday -27th, no sign of the other 2 pairs but it's a bit late now anyway and not sure which of the girls is going to get the pair I do have. It's a nice slipper and would have been pleased if they had all arrived on time.”

“I am disappointed as I believed I ordered 2 pairs,I seem to have been charged for 2 pairs.I paid £35:34 and only received 1 pair and I believe they were £12-00 per pair,can you look into this matter please?.”
