“Fake fake absolutely fake mattress and fake description, it's nowhere near orthopaedic. They just send you rolled mattress, put the foot on it and you can't step up as the mattress is just cheap foam and nothing of orthopaedic not even firm enough to support the weight of a leg, let alone the entire the body's weight. Tried to report it as fake and was told send back, now how do they expect me to ship a mattress back it came vacum rolled in a tiny box, fully opened now can't ship and I lost my £165 to this fake description seller. I'd highly recommend you to stay awayof this fake seller.”
