“Disappointing and would not recommend. Although the hotel room was spacious clean tidy and the bed was comfy the rest of the hotel let it down. The wowcher described a spa weekend yet all that was available was a lukewarm swimming pool. Everything else was out of service and not working! The carpark prices are so expensive too. The staff didn’t seem bothered by any of it and weren’t any help. Wouldn’t recommend this at all!”

“This is a great hotel with glorious views of the sea from many rooms including the restaurant. our Executive seaview bedroom was very large, warm, clean and comfortable, with separate bath and walk-in shower. Being opposite the lift made transferring to the bar and restaurant easy for my disabled partner. Parking in the adjacent car park is expensive at £20 per day. Luckily our Blue Badge made us exempt as there is little other parking available nearby. The food was generally excellent although there were problems with the breakfast service (tables not being cleared quickly enough, and items not being replenished in a timely manner when they ran out). But these were fairly minor irritations and I would happily stay here again.”

“Very disappointing hotel. It advertised a leisure club with sauna and steam room but nothing was working g. All been closed, bar the swimming pool, for four months. The bar served no real ale, only standard larger and Guinness. Luckily, the nearest Wetherspoons is only 10 mins away.”

“Lovely hotel and staff, very friendly and helpful. Should be aware that parking is chargeable, and at £20 per night it was expensive. Not sure if regular guests have to pay that or whether its just for Wowcher bookings.”
