“This trip was a total nightmare to organise. Travel agents tried to change dates, or get me to pay even more to fly from local airport even though it was one of their listed airports, changed hotels, wouldn’t send confirmation details. Wouldn’t refund. Tried to hard sell different dates/ airport. On 1st call they offered flight times that didn’t even exist. Took a month to organise and caused so much hassle and waste of time. Complaints put through Wowcher who did nothing to help. Would NEVER book a trip through Wowcher again. Numerous complaints ignored and awful customer service. Trip did finally get booked but different hotel and dates. Would have been much easier and cheaper to book independently. Total misleading sale/deal.”
