“Initially it wouldn't load, contacted support and they explained what I needed to do. Then I received a message it was a dangerous download, so I emailed support again on a Saturday, didn't hear anything on the Monday, emailed again and received a reply the following day giving me more instructions. Very pleased to say this worked.”
