“Far too complicated to install for my technical abilities. I had Office in the past, so should been easy. Even after struggling to download it still had to be Activated. Still not managed it 2 weeks on. I keep going round in circles. Can't find anyone to help me, only 'help' buttons which send me back to where I started!”
