“Excellent day out with the grandchildren only disappointment was the food availability. The main indoor food area was closed so we used the downstairs pizza area. Food delivered in less than 5 minutes, we thought wow until we opened the chip boxes to find old hard warmed chips. These were returned by a few tables and replaced with piping hot new ones. Staff understanding of the issue.”

“It was ok for the price but we didn’t see many people dressed up scary like advertised. We expected it to be more Halloween oriented or themed. We only saw about 4 of the staff members dressed up - it didn’t feel very Halloweeny”

“It was such a lovely day out! Everything went smoothly with the vouchers. Definately recommend this theme park if you have young kids, my daughter is 8years old so was able to go on the majority of the rides.”
