“I would not recommend this product, it looks lovely together but as for the quality. Its very very poor. The material on the head board is wonky, the back black part is on the top where silver should be. The feet on the bottom are wonky, where you put screws, nothing matches up. The wood arrived dripping with glue and damage. Its terrible, dont waste your money! Can already tell the complaint process is going to amount to nothing, they dont want to take any responsibility just our hard earned cash!”

“Initially, the bed and mattress were good, but after about four months, I started hearing the springs, and it has become uncomfortable.”

“DO NOT TOUCH !!!! They send you an item that is NOT the one shown in the picture. The item is clearly SECONDS. The mattress is just springs enclosed in flimsy fabric - described as memory foam! They will not refund you - absolute scammers!”

“Very poor quality. There isn't anything 'plush' about it. The frame didn't fit flush, there were silver plastic studs around the edges of the bedhead wings that aren't in the photo (makes it look cheap), one of the silver feet doesn't sit straight, the slats were rough sawn (had to be careful not to get splinters) and the mattress is so light and flimsy the springs will burst through in no time. Complained to the company and got a very poor initial response and a second response saying because we've put it together (which we had to do to realise how awful it was) and the delivery driver had left, we could potentially return it at our expense and I'm not prepared to waste any more money with this company! I could of made a better frame myself and stuck some velvet material over it! I suppose you get what you pay for, but I don't consider this a bargain, just very very bad quality, not something I would have bought if I'd seen it put together in a shop even if it was half the price...”
