“The advertising was ambiguous, as I wanted a bed with drawers. The way that this is described leads you to believ it comes with drawers. I queried this and it was addmitted that this was the case. I was told that the company would get in touch with Wowcher and rectify this. After unpackaging the bed the mattress had a tear on the side. Again I got in touch with the company (twice) and did not have a response. I will not buy anything from this company again. More than disapointed.”

“Terrible Experience with Cream Divan Bed & Mattress from Wowcher via Cloud 9yn I deeply regret purchasing the Cream Divan Bed & Mattress through Wowcher from Cloud 9yn. This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with an online purchase. I paid an extra £40 for expedited delivery and was promised that the bed would arrive between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm with a courtesy call 20 minutes prior. Not only did I receive no call, but the delivery driver dumped the bed in the driveway without any explanation or assistance before speeding off. The bed itself is far from what was advertised. It was supposed to include drawers, but these were missing. The quality is shockingly poor—flimsy, cheap materials that feel like they could fall apart at any moment. This is not the premium product I was led to expect based on the listing. To make matters worse, customer service has been nonexistent. I contacted the company on November 12th to raise my concerns, followed up multiple times, and even sent a detailed email on November 25th, but I’ve been completely ignored. This level of disregard for customers is appalling. I am still waiting for a response regarding a full refund and return. Until then, I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this company and this product. The service, quality, and follow-up are utterly unacceptable. Order No: 48452711 Buyer Beware!
