“K Hammam Spa has been for the most part an absolutely lovely experience. The venue is very clean and as pictured and staff are welcoming and friendly. I had the royal hammam package and did not feel rushed throughout my experience and even added extra time for my massage, which was reasonably priced. There were items for sale to maintain the treatment I received which I felt was reasonably priced. My experience was only impacted towards the end of my visit by another person who was not happy about something, however the staff were very apologetic and tried to resolve. I would say regular prices are a little steep and should be reviewed as I’m sure there would be more custom if they did.”

“Disappointed to say the least. It was booked as a birthday treat from a friend. We were told at time of inquiry and on the day we will be having the body scrubbing together, however, on the day there was one lady doing the scrubbing on the corner of the room whilst my friend and I another lady was waiting to be scrubbed. When I asked if this is how it should be they said ‘Yes’ and when questioned why we were told we would be scrubbed together the spa employee just shrugged her shoulder. The scrubbing was harsh and it left my skin red. The only highlight of the session was the 20mins massage-after the scrubbing. The cafe and kitchen is in the same place … we came out of the spa smelling of burgers as they were cooking burgers just as we was having our Moroccan tea after the session. I won’t be coming back here again.”

“Great experience staff were lovely beautiful little taste of Morocco in the middle of south london love that! Nice tea and cake in the cafe too I had the homemade carrot cake with chocolate drizzle would recommended. The only feedback I would say is staff need to advise other customers this is a spa people have come to relax and talking very loudly especially in the relaxation area should not be allowed I could hear them in the massage room too and i couldn’t switch off an relax which tainted my experience so the staff need to tell people to keep it down or put signs up of spa etiquette. Other then this everything else was fab and would defo return.”
