“Buying the vouchers was easy. Once i had redeemed them it has not been a good experience. Got charged extra for flights. Hotel not available, replacement hotel not in the same area and 7.5 miles from the centre. No option to add the heineken experience. Very very disappointed.”

“Didn’t go. Initial flights were terrible and so was hotel. Wanted to change flights and hotel so tor was brought to well over £800. Issue still has not been resolved”

“Charged extra for flights Flights delayed by 3 hrs each side making it meaningless Hotel was dirty, never changed anything in the room for 3 days Was told late check out and a surprise for a birthday booked - nothing Gave 2 star because we flew and slept there but this was a terrible buy.”

“Awful experience from start to finish, wasn't contacted by the travel agent, communication with wowcher was via a robot on whatspp and I didn't get anywhere with that just, was literally going around in circles. DO NOT RECOMMEND more hassle than what it was worth”
