“We originally received bordeaux as our holiday, but it only allowed just over a day there so we paid extra and went to venice. The hotel was basic but clean and the staff were lovely. Sadly there was only about 2 stalls open at the Christmas market which was really disappointing. The break was fine as we found other things to do, but if it is a christmas market you're hoping for, I wouldn't recommend taking the risk. I'm assuming due to the time of year, most shops were also not open and the tram wasn't running so we had to walk to the hotel at night through a fairly unsavoury area.”

“The trip offered was somwhere in Poland changed it for France, changed airport, flight times, added a bag - spent twice as much and had a totally different trip from the one offered! Never again.”
