“Fantastic hotel, evening meal amazing. Breakfast was one of the best buffets I've had. Lots of walks around too. The spa was good and has some adult only hours too for a more relaxing experience.”

“Staff were lovely. Hotel was cold on every area. Spa was so busy on first night we couldn’t get in. Meal was cold and restaurant freezing. I had to wear a coat. Spa on the morning we left. Jacuzzi’s was not in use pool was freezing the only warm room in there was the steam room. Not exactly relaxing. Very disappointed with Slaley hall.”

“Lovely stay, nice room but wouldn't rate it as 4*,beautiful food, attentive courteous staff, lovely relaxing pool area with comfortable loungers. It's a bit of a walk up to the entrance from the main car park (when you're nearly 80 with a gammy knee!) just as well we didn't have lots of luggage- apparently they used to have a concierge service but don't since COVID. We stayed an extra night due to the sudden snow fall overnight and the reception staff were very accommodating, can't fault the staff, very professional, I'd say it was a great deal for the price!”
