“I found the stay a disappointment as the spa was only open for one of the days we attended. We couldn’t go into the spa on the day of leaving as it was closed and we weren’t made aware of this, we also had a late checkout which we thought we would be able to utilise the health facilities in this time. Another disappointment was that the television didn’t work and when we complained, we were told that it was like this in all of the rooms and it wouldn’t make a difference if we were moved and there was nothing they could do for us. Very disappointing and overpriced for what it was.”

“Lovely hotel, staff very friendly they go over and above to help you. Food really nice, breakfast amazing. Spa snd leisure facilities very good. Will definitely go back.”

“Amazing beautiful property, lovely lady at reception gave us a complementary room upgrade. Food delicious, service brilliant. The whole hotel was clean well kept and gorgeous. Big bonus for me was that real coffee was served at breakfast as well as the usual,machines., spa facilities excellent a decent size and warm pool . Would return and highly recommend.”

“Grand hotel, good dinner and breakfast. We were offered Prosecco but not given an alternative like juice as we do not drink alcohol. Bedroom had 2 single beds, would have preferred a double bed but choice not given. Enjoyed swimming and using steam/ sauna.”
