“Called to enquire about when we could go and the man was clueless about any voucher. Decided to go to at first be told they no longer do the voucher. The be told OK but it expires in 2 week. Which it didn't. Then she took the voucher out it through the system and then asked for identity. I didn't have mine by my partner did. She told me she could let me in and that she has now already redeemed my voucher. Ridiculous service especially after been made to feel unwelcome from the start. Waste of money.”
