“I recently had the pleasure of using a 5-day pass at Nuffield Health, and I must say, it has been an outstanding experience! Nuffield truly has everything you need under one roof. The facilities are clean, bright, and airy, creating a welcoming atmosphere that makes you want to spend time there. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to assist, which adds to the overall positive environment. I was particularly impressed with the variety of amenities available, including a steam room, sauna, and two pools. The range of equipment is extensive, and I never felt overcrowded during my visits. Additionally, Nuffield offers various classes catering to different interests and fitness levels, which I found very appealing. I appreciate the flexibility and options available to keep workouts engaging. Given my fantastic experience, I will take out a membership once my 5-day pass has been used. I highly recommend Nuffield Health to anyone looking for a comprehensive fitness experience!”

“Nice place nice location, has a cafe inside or a Starbucks 5 min drive away. needs a jacuzzi in the spa area. Facilities are good, decent steam room and sauna. Busy place. High turnover of people coming and going”

“Gym is tiny. Pool isnt very deep. Sauna benches are broken. Steam roon isnt steamy enough”

“Nuffield Health Northampton is a very clean, well run by professional staff … from reception to staff ensuring the pool sides are water free and safe to walk on. There is a hoist for the disabled to get into the pool. The pool area is divided into areas according to swimming ability. It is not overcrowded. I have used both the steam room and sauna. Not used the gym yet… hope next year. The showers are clean and provided with shower gel. The changing rooms are clean with lots of lockers and hair driers.”
