“On arrival, you felt you were at the RITZ. Warm welcome and greetings, Deco at the front was lovely. But as you walk through the halls, you have a sense of not all is true. Rooms were not the best, and some updating is needed both along the corridor and bedrooms. Customer service was satisfactory, staff could do with smiling and more warmth in greeting their customer ... Like the saying goes "first impressions last". Could do with staff training and more information from the start when checking in.”

“Had a great time at the spa. Only problem was the chlorine level was far too high and have lost my voice.”

“Every about the stay was lovely except evening meal and bar service. The staff where obviously not given training, service slow and unprofessional.”
