“The booking process was the WORST experience I have ever dealt with. The company you book with will not uphold the dates/times or the hotels listed. All of their employees are from a different country to the UK, but have given themselves British names like Steve, etc. My advice: Do not use this service, book the trip yourself and get Travel insurance- it will undoubtedly be a better experience than dealing with this horrendous company!!”

“Our hotel in Rome - Hotel Luxe wasn't good, the staff were very rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty, old fashioned, the air conditioning sqeaked & we couldn't use the wardrobe as it was 10 foot in the air!! Our hotel in Venice was lovely - Smart Holiday, but it was miles away from Venice centre, there was a strike on the trams/buses so cost us a fortune in taxi's.”
