“This was an incredibly disappointing a purchase. Initially it said delivery on 21st of May but arrives a whole week later on 28th with no apology or explanation. The parcel was delivered torned up and crushed. The bricks inside are smashed and the bag was ripped so there are pieces missing. I am going to ask for my money back. Avoid this company!”

“I was told the Minecraft would be delivered on the 16th December 2024 then given the 19th December. I still have not received this item ! I have emailed Obero and asked for it to be delivered before Christmas or a refund. I have not had a reply to my email. I would appreciate your help in obtaining my refund please.
