“Hotel was nice but for the price I paid they could’ve done better! Hotel was far from the city, and i always had to travel to the centre from where I was staying to go to another destination. I was using public transport as it was cheaper. Almost was late for my flight home because it took me some time and effort to get there! Also, trains had some obstructions so I used bus which went to the wrong terminal, another terminal was further away with some traffic on a way there! Rushed through and made it just in time! I had to leave my hotel very early, so I didn’t get to have breakfast which I paid for. Luckily, at the reception lady gave me a breakfast bag on a go. I will always be grateful for that! Overall, before using vouchers like this- check everything with them in advance!”

“I would rate my experience with the Milan city break a 1 star. I never went on the holiday, and when I tried to get a refund, the travel company told me I would have to wait two months. I called every week to check for updates, but ultimately my refund was denied, leaving me with no compensation. When I reached out to Wowcher to explain the situation, they refused to help. I lost £116 for a holiday I never took, and the customer service was extremely poor.”

“the hotel was lovely and Milan was lovely but my daughter had to pay over £300 to change there flights , or they it would off took them nearly a full day to get there , it's embrassing , as I bought my daughter and son in law this as a xmas gift , I wouldn't recommend as if she hadn't paid the extra they would off literally only had one full day”

“We loved visiting Milan, it's a beautiful city. Our hotel was basic but fine for what we needed. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of options.”
