“We chose to upgrade to Marrakech, Morocco and it was the best decision! Do not allow yourself to be told it’s a ridiculous amount to upgrade, as we managed to negotiate a reasonable amount that we both felt fair. The accommodation was beautiful and the staff very friendly, it was in a good location to see both the old and new town. The flights were at good times which again we negotiated as were given an evening outbound and morning inbound to begin with, don’t fall for these.”

“We had been given Bordeaux originally as our destination with dates I had put in but we were told that then wasn't available, so take the initial place and dates with a pinch of salt unless you can be very flexible. My other half is a teacher so we are restricted to when we can go on holiday. However the team were very helpful to find dates we could do and we went to Gdansk which was fab. We did have to pay £45pp more to get a better hotel but flights and hotel was £145ish pp which is still a bargain and the hotel was beautiful, 3 stars with a pool and spa, the room was a great size and the wizz air flight was great. We managed to get just over 2.5 days away which was a great amount of time to explore. Would do this again for sure! Great especially if you're flexible and on a budget.”

“Very poor experience, limited options available once voucher redeemed. So much so that we didn’t travel. Would certainly not recommend to anyone. Did raise complaint to Wowcher but nothing near acceptable engagement or resolution from customer services.”

“A wonderful experience that I would 100% recommend. My partner and I were given Budapest as our mystery location and loved every second of it. A two night city break was perfect and the mystery element added a lovely bit of spontaneity and excitement.”

“2023 mystery holiday was great no problems give that 5☆ 2024 mystery holiday 0☆ bought the voucher got our place al went well till you get the phone call from weekender breaks said needed ground floor room or a lift due to mobility issues the hotel they gave us and flights all was OK as you would think they check for the things you need,week before going was getting stuff printed to find hotel has no lift according to website spoke to weekender breaks sorry nothing we can do after so many phone calls with them we get £30 as good will because I ended up paying through ryanair to get a different hotel will I was sorting our bags but the ryanair told me I had paid for everything through them so was ripped off by weekender breaks as the wowcher voucher money airport change over money and destination change over money we paid to them was for nothing never using again as u put complaint in to be told u had £30 good will and nothing can do it all non refundable easier and cheaper to do it your self”
