“Haven't received it! Still waiting for someone from wowcher to contact me as i've been back and forth re-directed from wowcher to emma sleep and back to wowcher. Apparently none of them is responsible with the delivery of this mattress...bed frame that was ordered in the same time has arrived in time, but nobody knows anything about this mattress..!?!? You have to dig deep to find a way to contact wowcher, i believe it would be easier to get in touch with Obama. Same with Emma Sleep customer service...managed to speak with someone after days of emailing, phoning, trying virtual assistant and what not...only to be told that I need to get back to wowcher as it's not them dealing with these orders‍♀️ I'm so not happy with the whole experience. Feels like running in circles‍♀️ Absolutely disappointing!!!!!!”
