“I have been using the vacuum cleaner for a month and it is very difficult to get it to push on my carpet. I have tried all the settings and struggle to to push it.”

“Brilliant powerful vac for flat and short flooring, unfortunately on an average carpet it is way to hard to push forwards! Tried the dial but there is only 2, short and long, even tried putting it in the middle but still too hard to push and knocks itself back to one of the setting, also makes your carpet ride up!! Why have I kept it? Because I cannot contact anyone from wow her nor can I call the company! I had 1 number to call as I am deaf it's impossible!! Have tried to send messages but nothing!! I use it upstairs in 2 of the 3 rooms and the stairs!”
