“I was really dissapointed with this experience and left at the interval. I have been to a 'candlelit' event before and the ambiance was magical and just like pictures portrayed. On this occasion, I could see 4 candles, and the piano acoustics overpowered the strings. The venue also had wooden chairs that were extremely uncomfortable, it was cold, and I could not see one member of the orchestra from my seat. Wowcher voucher was as expected but venue/set up was not good.”
