“The koala is very cute , it's well made, no loose threads etc to pose any hazards, the fur doesn't shed so it's safe to give to smaller children/ babies. The breathing sounds and gentle light is soothing, however, the mechanics are quite loud, hopefully this won't detract from the beautiful calming nature of this bear. The operation is easy, buttons are located in the bottom paws, just click/ press. The batteries are replaceable so that gives longevity to the toy”

“I wudnt say these are great quality ordered 3 and 1 isn't working right the other 2 do 3 different things breathe only /loud music/low music n breathing where as the fault one only plays music won't do the other actions”

“Delivered in a flimsy bag , the item is terrible! Cheap, very noisy , not all soothing . The koala is thin material not cuddly but hard due to the battery case inside. Highly disappointed! Contacted for a refund but I have to pay over £7 to return it with no guarantee of a refund. Waste of money , do not buy , this will not calm or soothe anyone.”

“I brought this as a gift. Maybe not there fault but arrived later thatstated delivery date, on taking it out of the wrapper it was bound really tightly with tape to make it as small as possible, removing the tape damaged the celaphane wrapper so that had to come off, once batteries were inserted an it was switched on it didn't work, I have emailed the company about getting a replacement or refund and am waiting on there reply, very dissapointed and wish I had go to another retailer”
