“Waited 30 minutes in the bar to be seated, no drinks offered to us. When we were seated the drinks took so long to come that I had to go to the bar to chase them up and get a jug of water. Service was very slow and it wasn’t particularly busy in the restaurant, in fact half of the restaurant had been closed. The food was ok- steak was good but the sea bass and 1 fondant potato wasn’t exactly filling. We have been to 3sixty quite a few times but notice the service isn’t as good as it used to be so doubtful we will be coming back.”

“I purchased this Wowcher as a Birthday Gift for my Son & his Partner ; after we’ve visited 3SIXTY and had fabulous Dining Experiences. However my Son was disappointed as he was seated next to the Food Serving Hatch; meaning when they left their clothes smelled of Fish even though they chose Steak from the Menu! Also it was meant to be a Romantic Meal (evening after Valentines Day) but they were seated next to a large group of quite rowdy people. I was so disappointed for them as I’d been raving about how amazing the 3SIXTY experience was.”

“From the lovely warm welcome, to the final thank you from our server. The quality of the service and food were very good. The young lady that attended to us, provided an exceptional service. She made sure that all of our needs were catered for, and made tge service feel personal. The cocktails were also very good. Superb views across the city, as the lounge is located at the top if the highest building in the city centre. All in all a super experience ✨️”
