“Terrible in all aspects . Very few staff who were rarely seen and had to be sought out. Food dried out, cooked for far too long long, kept for far too long and little choice as there was no mask, no cauliflower cheese, no edible green beans, and all cold. No turkey chicken or lamb . Black potatoes swimming in grease. Cold hard Yorkshire and cold gravy. Never again .why we were not reimbursed I don't know. Bought 4 vouchers and they still gave the boys small plates even though we paid for adult portions. Would not listen. Service very poor had to search for staff”
