“The spa swim, sauna and treatment was fabulous. Will definitely do this again. However was disappointed with the Afternoon Tea - was poor in that the scones were tiny, dry and smelled of oil/grease. The bread for the sandwich fingers didn’t seem fresh. We had to ask for cream and jam for the scones too. The young girl who served us was lovely, only 16 but really attentive and polite.”

“The jacuzzi was broken. The steam room was broken. If I had been informed of this I woukd have chosen another day as it was not much of a spa day as advertised.”

“Booked with wowcher thought it was a good deal . Got no confirmation email so no info on the lockers so when we arrived we had to keep our belongings behind the reception desk because we weren’t given a key or padlock to the lockers . Spar very outdated broken tiles in the steam room and not much heat . Only 2 sun loungers round the pool all the rest were table and chairs . They was water on display put no paper cups . The afternoon tea was a much better experience but the spar was very disappointing”
