“Disappointing. Stayed for two nights. Parking cost over £80 as no affiliated offer via hotel. Room was very tired looking and in need of some serious TLC. Questionable stains on the lamp shades. Headboard fabric worn away. Desk badly scratched. No mini fridge. Hair in the bathroom. Doors stick so don't close quietly. Tableware was smelly and cups had lipstick on them. For some reason the staff member thought this was funny. Breakfast was just ok. Cleaners start cleaning early and play loud music leaving the rooms open and talk loudly to each other and on their phones. No respect for guests sleeping. On the plus side the shower was nice and hot although the shower gel dispenser was broken so had to use the hand soap. Definitely not executive. More like a 3:star. Wouldn't stay again.”
