“When the product arrived, the outer packaging was slightly ripped, as was the inside plastic packaging. I took out the headband, and when I tried to plug-in to charge, I felt there was a little bit of loose plastic, which then fell out of a hole in the material of the headband. I will be returning this because it is really bad quality. I cannot comment on the quality of sound, because I never got to use it.”
