Unfortunately, you had selected the “Wowcher Click and Collect” option for delivery. Whilst I do appreciate you may have been unaware that this entailed collecting the item from Derby, there was an option to pay for “Postage” if the “Wowcher Click and Collect” option was not practical for you. Click and Collect Option is only available from select locations and thus, many people opt to pay the additional postage charge strictly for convenience purposes. Those options are provided to you at the time of purchase through Wowcher’s website.

“The dryer is exactly as described. It's more robust that I had thought. Probably not sensible to include heavy fabric items in the dryer as they slow the drying speed”

“Did not come with a remote control. The 'pegs' are actually a wire hook that doesn't hold much or stay on. The structure it's self was easy to assemble but doesn't work that well. The cover isn't long enough, the heat does build up & you can see it working but not powerful enough to actually dry clothes in a reasonable time. Would definitely not recommend this product.”
