“I haven't received my order but full payment has been taken I am notifying my bank so they can take this issue further, I spoke to a lady from yodel quoting my new tracking number and I still haven't received my order, while speaking to her it came to my attention that the 1st line of my address was missing which it is not missing off my delivery details as I have double checked them, I had great difficulty to understand the lady who I spoke to, the event has come and gone now that I placed my order for, I am absolutely disgusted with how I have been treated by yourselves and want my money back”
