“Thank you for reminding me to leave some feedback. We arrived at the hotel to be told they didn’t have a booking for us. They asked us to wait for half and hour while they sorted something, making out it was our fault. I had emailed the hotel and tried to call numerous times in the week but had no reply and I had completed the booking form which had been ‘confirmed’. We were given a tiny box room that overlooking the air con or heating or something that made noise all night long. I paid extra for the spa and we went down the day we arrived to be told it had closed early. The dinner was ridiculous. I had a Thai noodle dish that had been covered in some kind of balsamic glaze. My husbands food had been microwaved. Definitely not worth the money I paid.”

“Hotel was lovely as was our meal on the first night and breakfast both mornings. My gripe with breakfast is that the plates for hot buffet were stone cold (icy) and food got cold very quickly . This made me feel as if I was rushing my breakfast just to eat it hot . After being moved to a twin room which I had previously phoned and asked for it was a lovely room and looked as if the bathroom had been revamped. The only problem is that an extractor fan had not been fitted in the bathroom and after a nice shower the walls were running with water making everything damp even the toilet roll !!! Regardlless it was a lovely break Sharon knight”
