“Awful, really cheap and nasty crackers, definitely not worth the price paid and the description of a luxury cracker is not true, the box they came in was poor and cheaply made and the crackers themselves were awful, seen cheaper £3 a box in other stores which looked far better quality, couldn’t use them on my Christmas table as they looked awful, have emailed to request a return and refund but had no response. Also paid extra (£7.99) for speedy delivery on the 16th December, received on the 23rd December, not very speedy….. Don’t purchase these crackers, you’ll be very disappointed.”

“The crackers themselves are lovely. Do not think i would pay full price for them. But definately worth the £25 i spent. My problem is with the communication, with Woucher and J&y global. I paid 7.99 for fast delivery, they should have arrived 16th Dec but did not turn up until the 23rd. As i had no communication until the 21st, i had to go out and buy some more. Don't think i would risk ordering again.”
