“I am in dispute with Wowcher , I am a pensioner, I bought 3 of the calendars and sent for them I did not know I had 3 vouchers to use as vouchers are separate even though I paid in one payment not 3. Wowcher won’t honour my vouchers because they say they have expired. To cap it all the voucher I did use they sent the wrong item, a necklace! I just want a refund or the calendars. You could not make this up, they send the wrong item , don’t allow me to use the 2 remaining vouchers , keep the money and believe it’s ok! IT IS NOT OK TO RIP PEOPLE OFF , TAKE A PENSIONERS MONEY AND THINK ITS ACCEPTABLE. I WILL explore every avenue to reach the correct and decent resolution. Below a photo of wrong item sent!”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that. I am afraid this Wowcher voucher was not redeemed in time and therefore no delivery was arranged. If the voucher is not redeemed, eventually it will expire and it will no longer be able to be used. This information was given prior to purchase, however I will refund credit to your Wowcher account as a gesture of goodwill. This is for 100% of the value and this can be used immediately.
