“Just what we wanted, very good quality hotel, clean, comfortablex nice, happy and efficient staff. Bedroom was very clean, all felt very new. Bathroom again was very clean, everything you would expect in there. Fridge in room with water inside. Safe also in room 2 x small prosecco waiting for us Breakfast was excellent, hot and cold buffet, hot and cold drinks. I needed training on how tom operate the hot water machine. Absolutely excellent staff in the restaurant taking care of us. Hotel is about 10 minutes from Piccadilly station so on the edge of the centre. Careful if you are using a walking app to get to the hotel, ours took us by the side of the canal, which is a bit daunting and you dont feel that safe especially when it goes dark. There is another route via the roads which takes the same time. Only negatibe in the room was a lack of natural light, tghere is a windo which is floor to ceing but only about 500mm wide so not easy to get light in or see anything Overall all, liked it and yes would stay there again”

“The hotel is lovely. The room was very nice, bed was comfortable. The staff very friendly. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Will recommend”

“The hotel room was modern and spacious. The following morning at breakfast we were told to take a seat, none of the tables were made up and they were dirty. I asked for cleaning products to clean a table but the man behind the bar cleaned it. We had to go and find cutlery to eat with. The seats and floor was cover with crumbs and spilt food on the floor. I wouldn’t return to this hotel as we doing the service wasn’t great.”
