“The hotel defiantly lacked a 5* rating The entrance is down a back ally which is quiet uncomfortable to walk down esp when it gets dark and my room over looked a car wash so if I opened the curtain all the men and customers from the car wash could see straight into my room so the curtain had to remain closed, No plug socket by the mirror so made it impossible to do my hair as a women, and the mini bar was completely empty, the lil glasses they came in the room was cracked and I didn’t get my complementary toiletries that Said you did when booking the room, other then that the bed was comfortable”

“Nice clean rooms, was disappointed as no facilities for children or family room. We had to book a second room to accommodate us. Also, I thought breakfast was included in the original offering from Wowcher but once again disappointed to find not there! Apart from that, all fine!”

“The. Room was lovely, modern, clean, techno and great shower. Staff on call were also great and friendly. Location very central. Just let down by very small plastic glasses for the Prosecco. You picked it up and the bottom fell off. We also could not work the coffee machine. In a dark place in the room and the QR code did not work. Read instructions online! We only had one cup but the staff responded asap bringing some more. Very good but just needs a little more thought with the basics.”
