“The low score is re the bass sound in the first half of show vibrating through us. One of the Singers had to readjust her back pack sound as her voice was being drowned out. Slightly better in second half but still bass too high. My Daughters a Musician and Sound Deck Operator so we know how sound deck should should not drown out Musicians and Singers. I have bought 6 tickets for December 21st Show. I hope my comments are passed on so will make such a difference to the enjoyment of ABBA Gold.”

“My poor rating is because the bass element on the sound desk was just vibrating thru the room, just so loud and drowning out the Singers, one of them kept adjusting her Mike pack at her back. Adjusted down very slightly in Second half, the singers must have spoken to desk control but not enough. We didn't stay for the whole show as just unbearable on our ears. The room itself is quite small so the volume does not need to be so high. Staff very friendly on entry. Have 6 tickets for same December Concert with friends, will let them decide when l update them after last night's performance.”

“I gave this a 1 star but only to allow me to get this message to you again. I contacted yourselves that due to a bereavement in the family I had to cancel this wowcher request so I never went to show never having even clicked on to receive the voucher. I have requested a refund back to my original way of paying and have not had any response. Please can you help me with this Mrs Patricia Beaton”
