“Mini facial was good and a complimentary head massage was nice! It’s a shame my friend didn’t get the same as it was her birthday! Lunch was good - Afternoon tea was good. Jacuzzi was quite cold- even though we asked the lady to increase the temperature but she didn’t do anything about it. It was my friends Birthday and they suprised her with a birthday cake which was lovely! There was issues around lunch timing and order and bringing out the cake but the gentleman apologized and waived the extra charge for additional items ordered. Initially was annoyed with the service but went away happy”
