“Macbook returned. Cant install Microsoft office as the ios is to old. Need ios 13 for Microsoft 365. This laptop only goes to ios 12. Very disappointing this should be made clear.”

“looks brand new even though only a grade B so very impressed with that works perfectly although getting used to what apps are available and how it works differently compared to a windows laptop but once used to it is an absoloute dream, everything works perfectly and has definitely made me glad i've changed to a Mac.”

“Item matched the refurbished condition statement,but charger was a generic one that got extremely hot when plugged in,fire hazard for sure,awaiting a replacement one”
