“Was surprised there was no charger , but didn’t read the description Wasn’t happy that I payed for express delivery for two watches (30 pound) that came later than the expected time with the order as goods came two days later than expected”

We can confirm that postage is charged on a per voucher basis. You can locate this information on your voucher under the 'Important information' section, as well as under 'The Fine Print' section of the deal advert at purchase.

“Bought it because described as good condition but sadly received a badly scratched watch so returning it for refund, hope they don't make excuses processing my refund”

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section. (If you don't see the 'Want to return your item?' section, please contact the merchant directly - their details can be located on the Wowcher/Voucher under merchant information) Select your refund option : "Wallet Credit" or "Cash" Click on the 'Start a Return?' button and follow the prompts to complete your return request. (If you don't see the 'Start a Return' button, follow the provided prompts to request a return or to contact the merchant directly.) Once your return is requested, you will receive an email containing a QR code and/or return label, just follow the instructions provided in the email to return the item. “I tried 2 different watches from them but not happy with the condition of the screens so decided to return them. I am now going to purchase a brand new one so I know the screen condition will be good.”

“It was 40mm but i bought 44, it was full of scratch. Dont shop in this site again they re fraud. They re not refunding my watches money i ve sent dozens of emails no reply”
