“Reception staff very efficient upon arrival. Room very nice. Unfortunately our door in the room had issues and made loud noise as if the battery in door needeed changing. This started at 4am. It took us some time to identify the cause. My husband went down to reception at 0600 hours and was assured that it would be fixed at 0630 hours. Unfortunately not fixed. When we complained to the manager she was very dismissive in her manner, suggesting that the noise was not the door but something else. She stated that as we had booked through Woucher there was nothing she could dod for us. I wa upset.”

“Brilliant value. The hotel is central and great for exploring Belfast. Friendly staff, check in was fast. Room was very comfortable with brilliant breakfast.”

“We stayed for 2 nights bought from wowcha very good price. Hotel in a great location easily accessible to all you need in the city. All staffs were friendly and welcoming, receptionist James was a lovely lad he checked us in on arrival very professional. Thank you for the hospitality.”
