“I purchased the smaller number of tickets and then decided I wanted to purchase the larger number of tickets as was far more reasonable. Very disappointed that I couldn’t pay the difference to upgrade to the larger number of tickets therefore paid again for less tickets. Also would be keen to see who actually won and their experience”

“I would love to win 2 tickets an atrip to see Taylor swift as ave only seen her on tv. You,d think I was past going to see her there as am aged 55 an disabled n can only walk short distances I want to do what I should have done in my early years. Thanku”
