“I tried to redeem my vouchers on the day that I bought them. I used the link on Wowcher which took me to the Cineworld site and picked the cinema near to me. That took me to the film that I wanted to see and then when I had purchased the tickets, I received confirmation saying it was for a different cinema that I had clicked on. By this point I was outside the cinema so I went in to see if they could do anything to help. They couldn't so I had to buy a new pair of full price cinema tickets. I am still trying to get a refund through Wowcher.”
