“Couldnt get the code to work for online booking and ended up having to use three codes and still no booking! Went in person to cineworld in gloucester and finally Jackie managed to get one of the codes to work and printed off tickets. Other two may be wasted so cheap tickets could end up costing nearly £30. Had messaged cineworld through their online contact form on Monday 7th as no phone contact anywhere but still not heard anything from them. Website not that user friendly.”
